Shipping Policy

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Order cutoff time is 6pm ET.
    • Warehouse Location: 2663 Robina Avenue, Berkley, Michigan 48072, United States
    • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In that case, we will notify you by email or phone.
  • Estimated transit time:
    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
    • International Shipping: 12-30 business days. This is an estimated time, shipping time may be delayed depending on location, we will update if there is anything different from the expected time.
  • Special Cases: If products are missing or if you request a change of shipping address, additional 2-3 business days may be required.


2. What is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you purchase.

3. When will I receive my tracking number?

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • If your tracking number is still not working after 3 business days, please contact us at support@desalumi.com.

4. About Late Deliveries

Most packages arrive on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs inspections

If your delivery is later than expected, please contact us at support@desalumi.com. We will resolve the issue within 2 business days.
