1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Order cutoff time is 6pm ET.
 - Warehouse Location: 2663 Robina Avenue, Berkley, Michigan 48072, United States
 - If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In that case, we will notify you by email or phone.
 
 - Estimated transit time: This is an estimated time, shipping time may be delayed depending on location, we will update if there is anything different from the expected time.
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3-11 business days. (In there, Contiguous U.S. 48 States: 3-7 business days; Alaska & Hawaii: 5-11 business days.)
 - Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France: 6-14 business days.
 - Rest of World: 12-30+ business days.
 
 - Special Cases: If products are missing or if you request a change of shipping address, additional 2-3 business days may be required.
 
2. What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.
3. When will I receive my tracking number?
- Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking number via email.
 - Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier’s system.
 - If your tracking number is still not working after 3 business days, please contact us at support@desalumi.com.
 
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 - Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
 
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for domestic orders and 10 business days for international orders, after the estimated delivery time before contacting us.
 - Lost: If tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may require a signed non-receipt statement or a carrier claim.
 - Damaged: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (per our Return & Refund Policy).
 
About Late Deliveries? Most packages arrive on time, but delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect address details
 - Missing apartment, floor, or unit number
 - Severe weather conditions
 - International customs inspections
