1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In that case, we will notify you by email or phone.
- Estimated transit time:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
- International Shipping: 12-30 business days. This is an estimated time, shipping time may be delayed depending on location, we will update if there is anything different from the expected time.
- Special Cases: If products are missing or if you request a change of shipping address, additional 2-3 business days may be required.
2. What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you purchase.

3. When will I receive my tracking number?

4. About Late Deliveries
Most packages arrive on time, but delays may occur due to:
