Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak shopping seasons, including holidays and promotional sales events, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
4. Transit & Delivery Time
Estimated Transit Time:
After your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, transit time begins.
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France: 6–14 business days

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Our shipping fee includes:

We do not charge any hidden fees beyond the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France, any applicable:

- Clearance fees
are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping fee or product price.

8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.
“Label Created” Tracking Status
If your tracking status shows “Label Created” but no shipping movement appears, this means the carrier has received shipping information but has not yet completed the first package scan.
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
