Order Tracking

We usually use carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners for order shipping. Once your order is sent to the carrier and has a tracking number, we will send your order tracking number to your purchase email with a link to view the latest status of your order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier’s system.

“Label Created” status: If your tracking shows “Label Created” but no movement, it means the carrier has accepted your order but has not yet processed it. Please allow 2–3 business days for the first scan to appear. We appreciate your patience.
