Modify/Cancel Order

Timeframe:

Your order can always be easily canceled and modified within 24 hours of placing it.

After that time, the order will be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. If the order has already been shipped and you no longer need it, please wait for the delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Processing Fee: There is no processing fee for order cancellations/modifications.

For order modifications, if the replacement item has a price difference due to a change in product, size, or delivery address, we will provide instructions on how to pay the difference or receive a refund for any excess amount.

Refund for order cancellations: Once your order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

How to submit a request:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send a request within 24 hours via email: support@desalumi.com and provide information including the order number, your invoice or order confirmation, and content you want to modify or cancel.

We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made, approximately 24 business hours after you submit your request.
