At Désa Lumi, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with the delivered item, we are happy to accept returns, the guidelines below explain our procedures and requirements.

At this time, we do not support exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order. If you have any concerns, please contact us via email at support@desalumi.com.
30-Day Return Window and Free Return Shipping
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
For your convenience, all returns are handled by mail.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request to our customer support team. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (free return shipping) that you can download and print. Shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for approved return requests.
Restocking Fee
Notice: Applies to returns of orders placed after June 8, 2026.
The restocking fee is 5% of the product price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns due to our error will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn, used, washed, or altered.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories are returned.
How to Return an Item
- Email support@desalumi.com with the subject line: “Return Request + Order ID” and include the following in your email: Your invoice or order confirmation, item(s) you wish to return, the reason why you want to return, clear photos of the product you want to return.
- Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Download and print return labels, carefully pack the item and attach the return label to the package.
- Please take the package to the shipping company indicated on the return label.
Return Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 business days.
Refund Processing:
If approved, your refund will be issued within 2 business days after inspection.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, including: Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
Bank Processing:
Please note it can take additional time (typically 2-10 business days) for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, different from the description, or incorrect, Désa Lumi will offer either: A free replacement, or a full refund.
Please do not discard the item until the issue has been fully reviewed and resolved, as we may require photos or a return of the item to process your claim.
Gift Returns
Gift purchases may be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
