Return & Refund Policy

Désa Lumi wants you to feel confident when shopping with us. We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and we are happy to provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.


Cancel Order

Your order is only eligible to be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not incur any fees and once the order is successfully cancelled you will receive a full refund. Read more Modify/Cancel Order.


Return Policy

Eligible Product Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same new condition as when you received it.

Return Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Return Method: All returns are processed by mail for your convenience.

Return Label: Customers will receive a return label (pre-paid label) via email. Please download and print the label, then attach it to the package.

Return Shipping Fee: You will not be charged for return shipping, the return shipping fees are our responsibility. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at support@desalumi.com with the subject line: “Return Request”, and include: Clear photos of the item you wish to return and your invoice or order ID
  2. After reviewing your request, we will email you a prepaid return label. You will need to download and print this label.
  3. Pack the product securely and attach the return label to your package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address and notify us by email with the shipment date and tracking number: Return Address: 2663 Robina Avenue, Berkley, Michigan 48072, United States.

Return Confirmation: Transit times may vary depending on your shipping location. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation.


Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time: Maximum 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned package.

+ Inspect returned items: After receiving the returned items, we will conduct an inspection for approval, which will take 1-2 business days.

+ If approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 3–5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may delay the refund posting.
