Return & Refund Policy

At Désa Lumi, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, we are happy to accept returns, the guidelines below explain our procedures and requirements.

Désa Lumi accepts returns and provides refunds for both defective and non-defective items.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not support exchanges.

When placing an order, customers should thoroughly check every detail, including size, style, product quantity, and delivery address, to ensure they receive exactly the items they need.


Return Policy

Return Timeframe: Our return policy is effective for 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Eligible Product Condition: Returned items must remain in new condition, unused, unwashed, without any signs of wear, and in original condition with all tags, and packaging intact.

Return Method: All returns are handled by mail for convenience.

Return Label: Customers will receive a free return label (prepaid) via email after their return request has been reviewed and approved. Please download and print the label, then attach it to the package.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs? Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is fully covered by Désa Lumi, which provides free prepaid return labels and the return label cost will not be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.


Simply contact our support team to start your return request. Please do not ship items back without our approval.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@desalumi.com with the subject line: “Return Request + Order ID” and include the following in your email:
    • Your invoice or order confirmation
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Clearly state the reason why you want to return
    • Clear photos of the product you want to return
  2. Our support team will confirm your eligibility within 1–2 business days and email you a prepaid return label, along with instructions for your approved request.
  3. Download and print return labels, carefully pack the item and attach the return label to the package.
  4. Please take the package to the shipping company indicated on the return label, send the package to the following return address.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair

Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 1-2 business days and notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days after inspection. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

  • The refund will only include the product price and sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect items will receive a full refund.
  • No handling fees apply.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, such as:

  • Credit/Debit Card.
  • PayPal.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank since processing delays can occur.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us. Send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging to support@desalumi.com.

After verification, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and offer either a free replacement or a full refund -whichever you prefer. Please do not discard the item until your case has been resolved.


Order Cancellation

Timeframe:
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of successful placement to receive a full refund.

Processing Fee: There is no processing fee for order cancellations.
