Return Policy
Eligible Product Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same new condition as when you received it.
Return Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Method: All returns are processed by mail for your convenience.
How to Return an Item:
- Email us at support@desalumi.com with the subject line: “Return Request”, and include: Clear photos of the item you wish to return and your invoice or order ID
- After reviewing your request, we will email you a prepaid return label. You will need to download and print this label.
- Pack the product securely and attach the return label to your package.

Return Shipping Fee: You will not be charged for return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Confirmation: Transit times may vary depending on your shipping location. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection for approval. This process takes 2–4 business days.
If approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 3–5 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may delay the refund posting.
