ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

At Désa Lumi, we provide secure, simple, and transparent payment options for all customers shopping for blankets on our website.

We use PayPal payment gateway. Through our payment gateway we accept payment methods including:

a. PayPal

Pay with your PayPal account: Log in and complete your purchase in just a few clicks.
PayPal Buyer Protection: Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal’s protection program for extra peace of mind.
No extra fees: We do not charge any additional processing fees for PayPal payments.

b. Debit or Credit Card (via PayPal Gateway)

Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most major debit/credit cards.
No PayPal account required: You can pay directly with your card through PayPal’s secure gateway, no registration needed.
Instant processing: Payments are processed instantly for faster order confirmation.
No hidden fees: The amount shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
PCI DSS Compliance: All transactions are securely handled by PayPal, a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider. Désa Lumi never stores your full card details.


THE AMOUNT YOU NEED TO PAY

Your invoice will include the following amounts:

  • Item Price: The price shown on each product page (varies by size or style), does not include sales tax.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat-rate shipping fee based on your shipping address (see our Shipping Policy for details).
  • Michigan Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Michigan will automatically be subject to sales tax according to state tax law. Read more Tax Information.
  • No Sales tax for Other States & International Orders.

The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store.

ORDER CURRENCY & LOCATION

– All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
– We only accept orders and payments from anywhere in the world.
– International cards are supported.


How PayPal Checkout Works.

When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction. You can log in to your PayPal account or, where available, proceed as a guest using a debit or credit card.

After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to our website for order confirmation. PayPal does not share your full banking or card details with us, providing an additional layer of security and privacy.


Payment Confirmation.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and payment information. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at support@desalumi.com.


Payment Errors or Failed Transactions.

If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, please verify that your card details, billing address, and available balance are correct. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer, or attempting the payment again through PayPal.


Refunds for Overpayments or Cancellations.

If you were charged incorrectly or cancel your order within the permitted timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You may also refer to our Modify/Cancel Order policy for further information.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Payment Security & Data Protection.

Your security is important to us. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all pages where personal or payment information is entered. You may notice “https://” and a padlock icon in your browser, indicating a secure connection.

  • We do not store your full credit card number or CVV code.

Common Payment Questions.

Can I use PayPal without an account?
Yes. In many countries, PayPal allows guest checkout using a debit or credit card. Look for the “Debit or Credit Card” option on the Checkout page. Availability may vary by region.

Why was my payment declined?
Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or restrictions set by your bank. Please try again or contact your card issuer for assistance.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Once your order has been submitted, the payment method cannot be changed. Please review your details before confirming your purchase.

Are there any additional charges?
No. The amount shown at checkout is the final charge from our store. However, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if applicable.

Do you store my payment information?
No. We do not store your card details or PayPal login credentials. All payment information is handled securely by PayPal.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection.

We take fraud prevention seriously. Any chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will be thoroughly reviewed. In cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to decline future orders and cooperate with financial institutions during investigations.
