Do you have a physical store?
No. Désa Lumi operates exclusively online and does not have a physical retail location.

Why is Désa Lumi an online-only store?
Operating online allows us to focus on efficiency, maintain competitive pricing, and offer our products to customers in multiple locations without the limitations of a physical store.

Is it safe to shop from an online-only store?
Yes. We use secure payment systems and provide clear policies on shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience.


Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through the PayPal gateway.


2. Can I place an order without a PayPal account?
Yes. In many regions, PayPal allows guest checkout, so you can pay using your card without creating a PayPal account.


3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.


4. Why was my payment declined?
Payments may fail due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or restrictions from your bank. Please verify your information or contact your bank for assistance.


5. Can I change my order after placing it?
We can assist with changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed, shipped and cannot be modified.


6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.

8. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time:
    • United States: 3–7 business days
    • International: 6–14 business days

9. How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping:

  • U.S.: $4.00
  • International: $14.95

10. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates.


11. My tracking says “Label Created.” What does that mean?
This means your order has been prepared but not yet scanned by the carrier. Tracking updates usually appear within 2–3 business days.


12. What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. Please allow a few extra business days before contacting us.


13. What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update it. Otherwise, reshipping fees may apply.


Returns & Refunds

14. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.


15. Do you offer free returns?
Yes. We provide free prepaid return labels for approved returns. You will not be charged for return shipping.


16. What condition must items be in for a return?
Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

17. How do I start a return?

  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

18. How long do refunds take?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days after inspection
  • Bank processing: 2–5 business days

19. Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.


20. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.


Taxes & Fees

21. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law. Orders shipped to Michigan are subject to Michigan sales tax.


22. Are there any hidden fees?
No. The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store.


23. Will I pay customs fees for international orders?
Possibly. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

24. What materials are your blankets made from?
Our blankets are primarily made from soft fleece materials selected for comfort, warmth, and durability.


25. How do I care for my blanket?
We recommend:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
