Payment must be completed before the item is shipped.
1. What charges will appear on my invoice?
Your invoice will include the following amounts:
- Item Price: The price shown on each product page (varies by size or style), does not include sales tax.
- Shipping Fee: A flat-rate shipping fee based on your shipping address (see our Shipping Policy for details).
- Michigan Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Michigan will automatically be subject to sales tax according to state tax law (currently at 6%). Shipping costs are not subject to sales tax. Read more Tax Information.
- Other States & International Orders: No sales tax or additional fees.
These are all the payments you need to make, other than the above, you do not have to pay anything else to receive your order.
2. What payment methods does Désa Lumi accept?
We currently accept two secure payment methods:
- PayPal (via your PayPal account)
- Credit / Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major cards.
3. When will I receive my refund?
- Order Cancellations:
- If you cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing/shipping has begun.
- Returns & Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges are available for items returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
