RETURN
We accept returns. And we will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund in the original form of payment if you need to exchange or return the item.
Return Method:
For convenience, with the return of items purchased from customers in various regions, we offer return by mail.
1. Send us an email to support@desalumi.com with the title “Request an return” and actual picture of the item you want to return + your invoice/order ID.
2. We will review and provide a return label by mail. Customers need to download and print the return label.
3. Package the returned product
4. Send the return package to the return address. Send us an mail with contents clearly stating the date of sending + tracking number of the return package.

Product conditions that Désa Lumi allow for returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item in the new condition as when it was received.
Timeframe for requesting a return:
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, more than 30 days, your items are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping fee:
Customers do not have to pay the return shipping fee, Désa Lumi will provide a prepaid return label for any item. When the buyer sends an email requesting a return, we will respond with a return label, which the buyer needs to download and print.
Restocking fee:
No restocking fee for returns.
Notify when Désa Lumi receives the returned package?
Depending on your shipping location, the time it takes for your return package to reach us may vary. Once you receive your return package, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received it.
REFUND
When will you receive your refund?
Once we have received your returned item, the returned item will be inspected by inspection for approval or rejection. Please allow us 2-4 business days. We will then notify you whether we have approved the refund or need further information from you.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
How do you get your refund?
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 3-5 working days after we notify you, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
