Shipping Policy

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once an order is placed, we begin to process the order based on the order information. Therefore, we will have a reasonable amount of time to process your order before shipping.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Business day: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

Processing time: All of our orders will have a processing time frame of 2-4 business days from when payment is accepted, depending on the product type. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping time

  • 4 – 6 business days, excluding weekend for US Standard shipping
  • 12-30 business days, excluding weekend for international shipping

Orders are missing products or change shipping address. We will process takes 2-3 business days

2. How many is the shipping fee?
You can order as many items as you want and will never pay more than a flat rate for shipping for an order. This applies to all products:

This shipping rate includes all fees and charges for shipping an order.

3. When will I receive the tracking number?

After an order has been shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

My tracking number is not working.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, carriers may experience delays in updating their websites or delivering orders. If the tracking number still does not work within 3 business days, please contact us at support@desalumi.com

About Late Deliveries

Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
